Family Therapy

Family therapy at Wajoko Therapy focuses on helping the people around you better understand what you are carrying and how to support you during postpartum and early parenthood. When emotions run high, routines shift, and everyone feels tired, even well intentioned partners or family members can struggle to stay connected.

These sessions create space to slow things down and talk together. We focus on communication, expectations, emotional support, and practical roles so you are not trying to explain yourself while already feeling overwhelmed. The goal is not to place blame or fix anyone. It is to help your family move forward with greater clarity, empathy, and teamwork.

Family therapy can include partners, parents, or other close family members who are part of daily life. Sessions may take place in your home or through telehealth, depending on what feels most accessible. Whether you are navigating tension, feeling misunderstood, or simply need help aligning as a family during this transition, support does not have to fall on you alone.

If you are unsure whether family therapy is the right fit, reach out. We can talk through what is going on and decide on the next step together.

You Are Not Alone In This
